Ayurveda Based Bodywork bases itself on the tridoshic vision of Ayurveda explained above.
The therpist sets out to guide the client in sensing and investigating the quality, nature and power held in the expression of vata, pitta and kapha in the body and mind of the person in question at the time of treatment.

This kind of bodywork can be of use at a time of crisis, burnout, exhausition, confusion, chronic yet inexplicable tension and pain in the body.
